The Quest for Self support group will be $30/session with one session a week for 8 weeks. There are sliding scale rates and scholarships available upon request, simply indicate you need this in your sign up form.

This group is a safe place for people to bring their pop culture, anime and video game interests into the mental health space. It’s a non-judgment zone whether you’re Horde or Alliance, Slytherin or Gryffindor etc. This group is great for those who are just starting their mental health journey, or for those who have been on their own quest for a long time!

Quest for Self support group will not only provide you with a community of other pop-culture, anime and video game fanatics, but it will also allow you to dig deeper into the characters you love, why you love them and how they shape your own hero’s journey. After this group you can understand yourself and others a bit better, to allow you to step into the role you’ve always been meant to play; hero of your own story.
